Our greatest wish is
to be a place where
everyone shares delicious,
sustainably sourced dishes.
That our guests leave wanting
to return, and days later,
they can still remember how
good everything tasted.

our menu is modern cuisine that
has no frontiers, tastes great,
evokes emotions, and creates
new memories. We have vegetarian
options, gluten-free dishes,
and a “no-waste” kitchen.

Trained and mentored
by some of France’s
biggest names, from
chocolatier Pascal Caffet
to chefs-pâtissiers Angelo
Musa and Philippe Conticini,
Yazid climbed to the top of
his game. His professional
recognition is supported
by many awards, including
the World Cup of Frozen
Desserts in 2014 when he
was just 22. His philosophy
of simplicity and sharing
resonates with our idea
of a welcoming home with
authentic dishes to remember.
A traveler at heart,
Daniel is constantly
looking to up his game.
He spent his twenties
sharpening his skills
in exceptional kitchens
around the globe. His
first restaurant with
Antonin Bonnet, Sergent Recruteur, earned a Michelin star just 4 months after opening. As Daniel says:
“If products are exceptional,
I don’t have much to do.”
He reimagines popular
dishes, making them lighter
and flavorful to bring joy
to our guests at NAHATÉ
Dubai.
Armed initially with
a computer science degree,
Andrey swapped algorithms
for highballs, taking
the global bar scene by storm.
He soon found himself working
with bars from the Top 50
World’s Best list, doing
guest shifts at One&Only
in Mauritius, Platform 9
in Tokyo, and Little Red
Door in Paris, to name a few.
He loves to make interactive
cocktail experiences, blending
traditions with innovations.
And at NAHATÉ Dubai, he and
his Liquid Design Agency
pulled out all the stops.
