Sam and Jenya, the creative force and driving heart of NAHATÉ Dubai, bring decades of hospitality experience, both at home and in the industry, shaping everything we do.

Jenya’s exceptional talent for connecting with people and managing complex details, paired with Sam’s sharp business acumen and creative flair, make them an unstoppable team. Thanks to their efforts, everyone who walks through our doors feels relaxed, cared for, and truly special.
Trained by some of France’s top culinary figures, including chocolatier Pascal Caffet and chefs-pâtissiers Angelo Musa and Philippe Conticini, Yazid has climbed to the pinnacle of his craft. His many accolades, including the World Cup of Frozen Desserts at just 22, are a testament to his talent. His philosophy—simplicity and sharing—perfectly aligns with our vision of offering authentic, memorable dishes in a welcoming, home-like setting.

With a background in computer science, Andrey made a bold switch to the bar scene, quickly making a name for himself in the global mixology world. His expertise has led him to collaborate with bars featured on the Top 50 World's Best list, and he’s crafted experiences at prestigious venues like One&Only in Mauritius, Platform 9 in Tokyo, and Little Red Door in Paris. At NAHATÉ Dubai, he and his Liquid Design Agency have crafted unforgettable interactive cocktail experiences, blending tradition with innovation.
