Luxury Restaurants Dubai: Inside NAHATÉ

Luxury is an easy word to use in Dubai. At NAHATÉ, the details have to earn it. Set on the Podium Level of Capital Club, we sit among restaurants in DIFC with a very particular idea of hospitality: the feeling of entering a private residence, reflected in the materials, objects, and spaces made specifically for this address. “More Than Home” begins there.

The interiors took months to develop, and much of what guests see was made specifically for NAHATÉ. Every artwork, from the murals to embroidered silk screens, is hand-drawn and custom-painted without stencils, and the furnishings are bespoke. For the Private Room and elevator area alone, the process took six months from first sketches to final samples. More than 12,000 sheets of Italian 22k gold leaf were applied, while three sculptors spent almost two months hand-sculpting the bas-relief leaves. Walls and ceilings use Mylands marble-based paint, also found in London’s National Gallery. The project also brought together British and Italian materials with the work of a Gulf-based family atelier founded in 1997 and now in its third generation; NAHATÉ was its first commercial collaboration.

The venue includes a Main Room, Red Room, Private Room, and Bar Room, each creating a different degree of privacy and intimacy. In the Main Room, a custom Baccarat chandelier hangs over the Chef’s Table. The Private Room offers another secluded setting for guests who prefer greater separation from the main restaurant.

At NAHATÉ, the unique fine dining Dubai guests expect starts with the product. The Raw Bar includes Whole Kinmedai Fish, Otoro & Caviar Tartar, Wagyu Tataki, and Caviar & Wagyu Tartar. A signature caviar service offers Beluga, Oscietra, and Hybrid, while the wider menu moves into King Crab Orzo, Caviar Pizza, roasted fish, and Australian Wagyu. For sharing, the menu includes the Seafood Cartel, while Signature Spaghetti pairs Champagne and yuzu sauce with optional caviar or seasonal truffle.

At the bar, that attention to detail continues in the glassware itself. A dedicated cocktail collection is served in four Baccarat crystal designs: Harcourt, Louxor, Massena, and Harmonie. The cocktail bar Dubai guests find at NAHATÉ is backed by an extensive Champagne, wine, and spirits program. The Private Room list also includes house-specific bottles, among them Henri Giraud MV19 NAHATÉ Label and Don Julio 1942 NAHATÉ Limited Edition.

Among the exclusive restaurants Dubai guests can choose from, NAHATÉ defines premium through details that are difficult to reproduce: months of handwork behind the walls, a Chef’s Table under Baccarat crystal, and bottles made specifically for the house. The scale can be theatrical. The hospitality stays personal. That is the point of “More Than Home.”
